Virginia's Zinnias Multi-Colored Zinnia Seed
From our hand-planted flowers, hand-harvested, hand-cleaned, and hand-packed. Net weight 3 grams of seed with a little bit of chaff - so many more seeds than you are used to in a seed package! Enough seed for 10 square feet. Packed for 2009 planting - we recommend doing this during the first new moon in May. Prepare the soil in a sunny location out of the way of water sprinklers. Plant these seeds less than 1 inch deep and pat down. Keep watered. Sprouts may be thinned to 6 inches apart - we recommend doing this with scissors rather than pulling them. Pinch back at about 6 inches tall for a stronger plant. Do not water mature plants from the top or powdery mildew may result. $2.79 per package includes postage.
